Pools-USA.com is operated by ShopBigUSA (Pools-USA), a California business.

Where we sell

We sell to customers in the United States and ship to US addresses only.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before sales tax. California sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped to California addresses.
• We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay, processed by Square.
• We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
• Products are sourced from major US retailers and shipped to you. Packages may arrive separately.

Shipping and returns

Free shipping on orders of $49.99 or more. 14-day returns on unused items; the customer pays return shipping; opened chemicals can’t be returned. Details: Shipping & Returns.

Auto-reorder

Auto-reorder is optional. Eligible items are 15% off each time you reorder. We send a reminder with a payment link before each reorder; nothing is charged automatically. You can skip or cancel any time.

Pool chemicals and product use

We don’t give dosing or water-treatment instructions. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s label directions and safety warnings. Keep chemicals away from children and store them as the label says.

Warranty

Warranty issues are handled case by case. Contact us with your order number.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
