What we collect
- Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, optional phone, and what you bought.
- Payment: payments by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay are processed by Square. Card details are entered in Square’s secure fields and go to Square. We don’t see or store full card numbers.
- Account (optional): if you create one, your login email and order history.
- Site data: cookies needed for the cart and checkout, plus basic server logs.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including returns and warranty questions.
- To place your order with our suppliers, who ship it to you. They receive your name and shipping address for that purpose only.
- To send order emails and, only if you opt in, auto-reorder reminders or season reminders.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store (payment processing, shipping, email delivery, hosting) and when required by law.
